Campbell Harbord (1960-

Painting and sketching from the mind’s eye. Campbell takes mental pictures and manipulates them in his mind to play them out with paint, paper and canvas.

After completing his education, Campbell, established himself in a successful business career and took up painting as a pastime in the early 90’s. Painting soon became more than a hobby with the exploration of innovative color use, texture, balance of composition and images of Nova Scotia at the forefront. His paintings draw your eye as soon as you enter any room displaying his exceptional work.

Campbell strives for a painting that is quiet, peaceful, balanced and a delight to view. He uses a diversity of color and the paints extensively in his studio in Lower Burlington Nova Scotia.

His paintings are exciting and vibrant and reflect this unique and enthusiastic Nova Scotia artist.
